Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Project Montessori wardrobe, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Our goal is to ensure your little ones have the perfect fit for their everyday adventures.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garments are in unwashed, original condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
